There is something peculiar about the inner city that is the opposite of inner peace. Hey, we are not so sure. Perhaps, there is a certain amazing energy. Yet, to be frank with you, it is both troublesome and worrisome. Oh yes, the inner city is often plagued by rising crime. Most residents try to move away. Definitely, they wish to begin again... to start fresh in a new area.
