There is an overload of condos in miami. Fellows, this market is over built and then some more. Reminds me of the 2008 real estate crash when people were practically giving em away. At least we have low gas prices now.

season come

Yesterday it was $2.12 a gallon for gas. That is a very nice price. Still, we see jobs are few and bills are many. Ah, when will our season come. Planting is not so near. Hope that we may have a bumper crop soon.

rising gas prices

Predictions are for peak oil to cause prices to ramp up. Already we see rising gas prices. Finding oil is not easy anymore. Maybe there is more at the bottom of our sea. OK in other news. I see many uses... Yeah, for 3D sonar. That is a new future for us.
