JC Penny is circling the drain as we say. Frankly, it is closing 100 more. Yeah, the penny crash indeed does make us feel sore. Wish they were still around in a few years. Still, it was great while it lasted and all things must pass. Colleges, this is truly the tragic end of an amazing era.
