Bad neighorhood

Bad neighborhood, what are the signs. Well, you see a lot of store fronts boarded up. Their walls are covered in graffiti from gangs. Lawn mowers seem to be broken as there is a lot of tall brown grass. Houses with pealing paint look abandoned and in a state of poor repair. Parked in litter covered yards are rusted out cars. Most of their windows are missing.
