Certainly, a sad day for all of us. Sally Ride did pass away. Well, she was americas first woman in space. Tragically, she lost a battle to cancer in pancreas. It was a long and hard one. Ah, such a sad ending to a star saga. Mostly today we remember that sally ride is gone. Space shuttle was an american icon. It too is gone.
