PC not dead and Intel is soaring. Well, that is super news. Great to know, but traffic is down and not sure why this is. Customers are using smart phones more. Maybe we are just on the surface of what is going on. For example, why is window 8 so poor. Yeah, we like to use win seven. Just what does it mean.

Do not expect to see many mega mansions. Those cost a lot to cool in summer. Also, in winter they are a pain. Yeah, it is hard to keep em warm.
