OK so can ram resign. That is my question to you. Citizens believe that he is responsible for the problems that are occurring. Frankly, there so many issues. It is more than just one poor mayor. I feel that Chicago needs an update on what the 21st century is. Just too much corruption and crime. What does the mayor do any way. He should consider finding another occupation that has less stress and is more serene.
