People wonder about what is going on. Ah yes, a final reckoning is coming. Netflix is raising prices... again. That should never surprise us. Hey, they got like horrible poor movies. Do wish they got some awesome ones.

Household income

Household income rises. That said, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Sadly, there is a major income gap. It increases every year.

50's

I love the 50's as they are one of my favorite eras. Well, get ready for some 50's time travel movies. This means going. Most originate in now. Funny how the 50's had plenty of jobs for us. Sadly, most of those are no more.

sports stars

Ah yes, sports stars protest more now. However, everybody loses and there are no winners. Frankly, this behavior does not benefit us.

San Francisco

San Francisco home prices are way expensive. Well, expect them to plunge soon. Customers are starting to wake up. It is not going to be pretty as we see. 2008 is back like deja vu all over again.

AMD

AMD is creating an AI chip for self-driving cars. Dude, like this, is wow.  Yeah, we cannot wait to drive one... um sorry.

cooler

Things will be a bit cooler in a few weeks and then we will wish it was warm. Always people want snow in summer.  Yet, if we did get our wish it would be a major disaster for us.
