Fellows, sears woes are increasing. This should not surprise us. After all, 77 more stores are boarding up. Look, the case is grim. Yeah, we never left our recession. Sadly, it is on going. Jobs are what is necessary. I do not see any.

Do not live your life looking in a rear view mirror. Mistake we make are many. However, we should learn and not make em again. That could be part of our purpose.

Netflix expansion

Netflix expansion is on going. Australia and New Zealand are in view.  This could be an exciting new year. All we need now are new movies. Yeah, we got that one years ago. Sadly, the selection is currently small in size.

Fast food restaurants are seeing more vacancies. OK so for a long time we thought food was safe and secure. Like it could weather a recession. Well, we were wrong.
